Why is it important? The importance of inclusive school culture is to teach students how to appreciate and understand the differences of others and the world around them. They learn to respect and value others with diverse backgrounds through meaningful interactions and opportunities. Students learn to build respectful relationships with their peers and adults . They develop their own identities while increasing their awareness of others (Scholastic, 2021).

Technology & Community Resources Technology integration and community resources significantly impact education. Technology has provided students and teachers a creative and effective way to present thoughts and ideas, exchange information, or communicate with others. Digital educational resources have become practical tools for student learning and staff practices. Students gain knowledge and skills through websites, programs, and digital devices. Teachers learn to enhance lessons and improve student achievement digitally. Community resources can also provide meaningful learning opportunities that a student may not usually have access to at school. Students may engage in enrichment activities that challenge their abilities. It allows students to extend their knowledge and skills beyond the classroom setting.
