Forces

Momentum

  • Force Normal
  • Force Applied
  • Force Tension
  • Force Friction
  • Force Elastic
  • Force Electric
  • Force Magnetic
  • Force Gravity
  • Force Buoyant
  • Air Resistance

When velocity increases, Momentum increases. An Inelastic colision is when multiple objects collide and they stick to each other. An Elastic collision is when two objects collide and they bounce off each other and the momentum gets transfered and/or split between the two based on all of the contributing factors.

Newtons 2nd Law

Newtons 1st Law

Acceleration is directly proportional to Fnet but inversely proportional to mass.

Objects will remain at rest or a constant velocity in a straight line, inless an Fnet not equal to 0 acts upon it. (Law of Inertia)

Newtons 3rd Law

The three collisions that occur in a crash are those involving the vehicle, the body of the vehicle occupant, and the organs within the body of the occupant.

Fnet= acceleration x mass

For every force, there is another force, equal in size and opposite in direction... On two different recievers. (Paires forces law)
