The Timeline of Campylobacter
01
What it is/What does it do
05
Campylobacter bacteria are one of the main causes of diarrhea and food poisoning. They can infect the gastrointestinal tract and cause diarrhea, fever, and cramps. During the time that you are sick make sure to drink lots of water, juices and soft drinks should be avoided.
03
death phase
Around one week the bacteria will slowly die until they are all gone. The pain that you feel will also start going away, don't stop drinking lots of water and remember to wash your hands with soap after touching animals, before you eat, and after you go to the bathroom.
LOG PHASE
Shortly after the Lag phase the bacteria grows into the log phase, it starts reproducing at a very fast paste of splitting every 20 minutes. The lag phase is not actually when you feel the most pain from this virus like others think.

Stationary Phase
Campylobacter bacteria live in the intestines of many wild animals. They can pass to humans when animal poop contaminate food, meats , water where animals have pooped in, and raw milk. Once inside the human digestive system, Campylobacter infect and attack the lining of the small and large intestines. But..before all jazz in your body, it needs a certain amount of time to get used to its surroundings so known as the lag phase.
After the lag phase it grows into the stationary phase, in this phase the bacteria stops reproducing but it is when your sickness is at its worse. With a fever, abdominal cramps and mild to severe diarrhea. The diarrhea is watery at first, but later may contain blood and mucus, sometimes the cramps may even feel worse than the diarrhea.
