In the following video it guides you through the installation process:

  1. Complete the Maintenanace tool training
  2. Install the drivers so that the Maintenance tool is recognised by your laptop
  3. Install the software
  4. Send off for the license lesqualityservices@meuk.mee.com
  5. Get a license from Mitsubishi electric

Step by step guide

  • Complete the Maintenance tool training
  • Watch the how to video
  • Download the software from the link on the page
  • Unzip to downloads or desktop
  • This step is the same for windows 10 or windows 11. Open folder marked as "CMS-MNG_Driver(win10_x86_x64)" and double click on "Win8DriverInst" to install drivers. Accept setting.
  • Open folder marked as "MNTTOOL" and double click on "Setup" to install software. Accept setting.Open folder marked as "MNTTOOL" and double click on "Setup" to install software. Accept setting.
  • Start up software, click on "no license has beeon obtained" and send the file that is created to lesqualityservices@meuk.mee.com
  • Once you recieve a file back from us save it and open up the maintenance tool software and click "activate the license"
