Stark - I Am Poetry

I am carefree and happy. I wonder about horses and the way they gallup. I hear my shouts of laughter among others, in a game of Sharks and Minnows. I see all of the pretty colours of the rainbow in the circle blanket. I want a large and pretty dollhouse. I am Banana. I like to pretend I am a mermaid in the sea. I feel the silk of my princess dress. I touch the soft fluffy cloud. But I worry about when I go home, when my shouts of laughter, become screams of the word "Stop!" I cry for my parents, when they are in the foyer and I am in my room. I want to have dinner in peace again. I want to sit between my happy parents, smiling because they are. I am Banana.

I Am Stark

I am athletic and energetic,but intelligent and calm. I ponder about the stages of a rocket's flight. I hear the whoosh of a plane's engine, the breeze through my hair. I see happiness in the air. I long to fly and be free. I am Stark. I understand that this is difficult, but I say "We can do hard things!" Yes, I quoted my cross country coach. I dream about the day that I am settled and comfortable in life. I yearn to finally be one of the giants in my family, instead of a puny human. I have hopes of making my parents proud. I strive to achieve perfection. I am Stark.
