GH + membership is a monthly service. This means a 30 calendar days subscription. Customer has until 11:59 PM a day before of their renewal to cancel.

STEPS TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

Within the Diner's view access to the GH+ section and click on the cancel membership link.

Select a reason for cancellation. (Fraud account will not send an automated email to the Diner)

You'll see a banner confirmation at the top and the status will change from active to cancelled.
