*Who am i? As spiritual self in seeking God he is here and everywhere. In every heart, in every breath, in every thought and in every pulse of the Universe. You are neither the body nor the mind, and the love of the self in you is the love for God in you.

*Who am i? As Sexual self it is a complex combination of our social, cultural and biological inheritance. We deserve to experience love fully, equally, without shame and without compromise.

For me is spiritual self because people who spiritual offered many different, and often unexpected, reason for doing so.

How are these related each other?

As student, that sexual, physical and spiritual self intricately interwoven, that when one is impoverish, the other...

is warped, and that there is some kind of crucially important connection between the journy toward God and the journey toward coming to terms with our own sexual embodiment.

How do these help improve yourself?

We all want to be our best, but many people wonder if it's actually possible to become a better person once you're an adult. The answer is a resounding yes. There are always ways to improve yourself.
