TOPIC: VACATION PLANS Course: 7th grade Student´s age: 12-13/ 15 students Level: A2 Time: 2 hours

WARM-UP: IMAGES (10 minutes) Students will practice vocabulary before class begins. The teacher will ask students the following questions: Do you find it easy to talk about your plans? Do you understand and manage the future tense? In what contexts would it be necessary to talk about plans?

PRODUCTION: (30 minutes) The teacher asks the students to write a story where they tell which of the places seen in the magazine they would like to travel to and why and must describe the place. The students then orally presented the composition in front of the class. The teacher makes the correct grammar and pronunciation corrections.

PRESENTATION: (20 minutes) The teacher talks about their favorite places to travel and discusses their vacation plans emphasizing the use and recognition of different structures for talking about vacations, e.g., Will, going to, and shall.

EVALUATION The teacher will consider participation, correct use of structures, use of new vocabulary, and coherence. HOMEWORK AT HOME: Make a composition with the things you like most about your last vacation. Remember to use the description of the places and to use the future tense correctly. MATERIALS / EQUIPMENT: Magazines, pen, paper.

PRACTICE: (30 minutes) The teacher gives the students a magazine about tourist places and they must use the dictionary to translate the whole text and then identify the main ideas and verbs in the future tense. With this information, students will be able to create a complete paragraph talking about the places they would like to go on vacation, first in writing and then socializing it with their classmates.
