First cell phone in the world (1973)

The first cell phone was made on April 3rd, 1973 by a Motorola engineer, Martin Cooper. It was named DynaTAC 8000X. It was shaped like a box and it was very big. It's price was $3.995 and now it costs $10.000

Second cell phone (1985)

The second cell phone was a Siemens phone. It was named Siemens Mobiltelefon C1 and it was shaped like a suitcase. It was also very big and the people had to hold it as a suitcase!

Fourth phone (1988)

The fourth cell phone was the first Samsung phone, Samsung developed its first handphone. It's name was the SH- 100 . This one was the smallest cell phone at the time.

12th cell phone (1998)

In 1998, the first cell phone with a color screen was launched. It's name was the Siemens S10 and it was also very small

16th cell phone

The 16th cell phone was the first MP3 cell phone (you can choose the music you want to hear). It also had a centrally located play/pause button. It was named the Samsung SPH- M100 Uproar.

The newest cell phone (2021)

There are a lot of new cell phones but the newest is the Apple ¡Phone 12. It has the fastest chip of all smart phones and it looks very modern. It has a very good camera and is resists water.
