What type of event is it?Who is invited?When is it happening?Where is it happening?What are people going to do?What are people going to eat?How can people register?

2. Invitation

What is the invitation for? When is it going to happen? Where is it going to happen? Is the invitation attractive? What elements should you include?

3. Menu

What are people going to eat? Include an extract of the menu.

4. Music

What music are people going to listen to? Include a song, the lyrics and the audio.

5. Clothes

How are people going to be dressed? Include a description of clothes.

6. To-Do list

What activities do you need to do to prepare the party?

7. Map

Do people know how to get there? Include a map.

Groups of 5: each group must be formed by 5 students.

8. Roles

Each person in the group much perform a role:

DJThe student who has to prepare the music and the listening activity.

Event organizer The student who prepares the announcement.
