How to use CS Live?

What

CS Live is a Chrome Extension that allows you to visualize Contentsquare Zoning KPIs directly on your website without using Contentsquare platform.

When

Use CS Live when you need to check how the elements of a specific URL are performing and how users interact with them.

Check for example:

Which element is the most attractive on your page

If your content is too low in the page

If your content is attractive and intuitive?

What is the most performing content?

If a reorganisation of the blocs on your page is necessary

If there is any friction point?

How

Make sure you've downloaded CS Live. Open a page of your website and click on the extension to open it.

Set up your analysis context

Select the device you want to evaluate

With Retroactive background, you can choose a version of your website up to 90 days in the past.

Choose between evaluating data for a specific URL or an aggregate of URLs (a Page).

Select a date range - you can also include time parameters. Data is refreshed every two hours

Choose your segment, and whether to include or exclude it.

Choose the metric you would like to evaluate. (See the 15 metrics definition here).

How

Once you've set up your analysis context, you can click on any zone you're interested or press "enter" to display the data.

To quickly identify what content visitors were exposed to and what zones drive the most conversion:

Install CS Live extension on your browser and open a page of your website

Set up your analysis context in accordance with your analysis objectives (is the CTA performing well, are my users enough exposed to the key content, etc)

Click on the zones using the metrics you're interested in and get the first insights on your page performance.
