In Colombia, this issue is an obstacle that is putting some limits to the capacity of growing and to the potencial that this country has, especially women. .

Even though this has improved along time, the rates of poverty are still high affecting the country and it's industrial sectors.

Colombia has a Gender Inequality Index value of 0.429, which places it in position 92 out of a total of 155 countries assessed in 2014.

With this strategy, people would be able to feel safe during work, conferences, school, collage, etc and for the ones who did not abide the conduct code would be penalized to a jail sentence.
