J’ai choisi de mettre en place : Une veille active, dans le cadre de mon projet sur la « Modernisation des services de l'auto-école par la digitalisation » dans le cadre de maintenir une avance sur certaines auto-écoles. Il s’agit donc d’une veille technologique, afin d'être informé sur les évolutions des différents outils qu’utilisent les auto-écoles. Et d'une veille concurrentielle afin de suivre nos concurrents en termes de politique tarifaire et de stratégie de communication pour maintenir un avantage concurrentiel. J’ai opté pour la méthode « pull » en rendant directectement sur internet pour chercher les informations sur Google ensuite la méthode « push » à l’aide de flux RSS, afin l’information soit poussée automatiquement en fonction de mes critères.
