Navigating E-lounge

A quick how-to guide to get started

Access the Platform

LOGIN with your official UNFPA e-mail address and the temporary password you have received in the email. Please note that the email with your credentials might occasionally be delivered to your spam folder. If you already have an account on the platform, please keep using your usual password.

If you forgot your password, you can request a new password here.

Users with a UNFPA email address can self-register on the platform

The Navigation Drawer

Access your profile area where we can edit your profile, see badges, login activity and etc.

See all the courses your are following in Grades.

The calendar displays all the eventual appointments you have booked.

Private files allows you to upload files and save them in the platform for personal use.

Track your progress in all your courses.

Set your preferences for password, language, messages, notification, etc.

My UNSSC - Mobile app

Our mobile app is available for iOS and Google Play app stores. Suitable for offline learning with offline sync capabilities. To download it click on the links below:

To access your UNFPA courses you need to select the UNKampus30 (elounge.unssc.org) site where you will be able to access with your usual login credentials.

Type your UNFPA email address

Insert your usual password and click on "Log in"

Details about your User Account, including Grades, Badges, and files

Scroll down to see all your courses.

You can filter viewing courses and programs by completion status

Notifications

Clicking on the download icon you will find the option to download content. This feature will allow you to access the content even if you are not connected to the internet.

You can download the entire course or choose only some parts of the course to download

Here you can manage the storage of your device and offload files in case you need to free up storage space. You can also manage storage by going on User Accounts --> Preferences --> Manage Downloads
