Reduce: Reduce, simplify or eliminate the consumption and/or use of goods or energy.

Reuse: It allows to reuse of discarded products and give them a similar to or different from that for which they were conceived.

Recycle: Recycling is a process whose objective is to convert the trash into new products or new material for later use.

Reduce, reuse and recycle. It is a rule to take care of the environment, specifically to reduce the volume of waste or garbage generated.

¿What are the three Rs?

Brown: You can put fruits, vegetable scraps, meat and fish scraps, eggshells, shellfish and dried fruits, infusions and coffee grounds, dirty kitchen paper and used napkins, small scraps of gardening, plants, leaves and flowers, etc.

Black: You have to put in wet waste, food scraps, used toilet paper, used napkins, food wrappers, straws, aluminium foil, broken glass, etc.

Recycle bins:

Blue: You can put folios, notebooks, newspapers, magazines, wrapping and wrapping paper, envelopes, advertising brochures, boxes, cardboard pieces and packaging.

Red: You can put batteries, insecticides, oils, aerosols, or technological products.

Yellow: The Yellow container is for plastics. It must be rinsed and dry for proper recycling.

Green: You have to put glass bottles, jars, pieces of mirrors and broken glass, among others.

Things we can do:

• Use the 3 Rs.
• Don't throw trash on the ground.
• Use less plastic.
• Don't cut down trees.
• Recycle bottles, cans and paper.
