Volunteers Engagement Team

VET will engage either HR personnel or a Senior Volunteer to conduct any investigation, if required. The VET are available to all parties at all stage to clarify policy, process and procedure. The VET will mantain a supportive and ongoing relationship with line managers and volunteers at all times - before and during the disciplinary process.
