GASTRONOMIC FESTIVAL is not so common in a school because the buffet includes different dishes, prepared under the supervision of a chef. Among the dishes, they include soups, different kinds of meats served with rice, typical food, salads, and desserts. At school level, it is easier to do a project like preparing a fruit salad

CIVIC WEEK Every year, before September 15, teachers and students at school prepare a parade for the people. At 7: a.m. on September 15, students and marching bands get ready to march all around the city. Cheerleaders get ready to dance, too. This is a great holiday that Salvadorans love to celebrate. It is a very happy day because all the peopple from the city come to see the parade.
