English pronunciation
Let's begin...
Where do we start?
- Correcting all the pronunciation errors you’ve been making so far and familiarizing yourself with the different English phonemes that don’t exist in Spanish.
- Paying attention to the rhythm and intonation of the language.
- And a little bit more 'pro', practicing the union of words, what is called "connected speech".

Tips to improve your pronunciation
There’s no time to lose!
Correct your pronunciation errors
The longer you continue to mispronounce all these words, the more difficult it will be to correct these vices later.
Practice pronunciation with the 'minimal pairs'
Some examples are:
- heart /hɑːt/ – hurt /hɜːt/
- feet /fiːt/– fit /fɪt/
- pool /puːl/ – pull /pʊl/
Minimal pairs are those words that confuse us so much, because their pronunciation varies only in one sound.
