Hypothesis & research Question
Introduction
A biomolecule, as described by Britannica is “any of numerous substances that are produced by cells and living organisms” (“biomolecule | Definition, Structure, Functions, Examples, & Facts | Britannica,” 2021). These can vary a lot in size and structure. The most common types of biomoleucles are proteins, carbohydrates, lipids and nucleic acids.
How can we identify the biomolecules in the food samples? If we test the food samples, then we will determine which kind of biomolecule they have.
