We decided to title it 'The story you forget you're telling' because a good leader should never forget that every detail, no matter how small it may seem, has an impact and effect on others.
Conclusion
First impressions are made in less than seven seconds, in those few seconds people are going to decide either to trust and listen to you or not, and these impressions are defined almost by its entirety of your body language
