Instructions for sending IC message

• If the assignment is not completed within 48 hours, teacher contacts the parent.
• If the teacher doesn't get a response to the email, a follow up phone call is needed.

Sample Parent Communications

If the student does not turn in assignment within 24 hours of parent notification, teacher completes Google Form to assign lunch bunch.

Lunch Bunch Form

• Students are assigned lunch bunch (LB) by Ms. Samples.
• Students will have a pass with the date, location, and name of teacher who assigned lunch bunch.
• Ms. Samples will copy the teacher on the email stating that the student has been assigned lunch bunch that day.

The student will remain in the Lunch Bunch classroom for the duration of their lunch and study hall (All of lunch A or All of lunch B)

If the work is not completed, then the teacher will fill out the form again, and the student will be assigned another day.

• If student does not attend Lunch Bunch when assigned, the lunch bunch monitor will complete a discipline referral and give it to the appropriate administrator.
• The administrator will assign Friday night school.
