Kelvin created a radio for his rural city. He recycled old scraps to build it. Kelvin evoked the issue of the lack of electricity in rural areas. His initial goal was to share stories about young children in Sierra Leone and find ways to support his family.
While accomplishing all of that, he helped gain his city's popularity.
