Oral production: methodology

1) Attirez l’attention du lecteur/ de l’auditeur avec une première phrase d’accroche. Puis continuez ce paragraphe de présentation (opening paragraph) en répondant aux questions : who, what, when, where, why, how. 2) Commencez chaque paragraphe suivant par une idée que vous allez ensuite développer et éventuellement étoffer à l’aide d’interviews, de témoignages. Imaginez dans ces paragraphes quels autres faits et détails que le lecteur ou l’auditeur veut connaître. Démontrez que votre histoire est importante. 3) Vous pouvez clore votre récit avec un paragraphe regroupant des faits moins importants puis résumer brièvement l’article ou l’ouvrir sur un autre événement similaire. REMEMBER : - N’exprimez jamais votre opinion, juste les faits, à moins que vous ne rédigiez pour l’éditorial. - Evitez les clichés et par contre trouvez les bons ingrédients pour rendre votre histoire intéressante jusqu’au bout. Ne soyez pas lourd… - Mobilisez le lexique, les notions et fonctions pertinentes également pour enrichir votre style. - Evitez les formes contractées, à part dans les témoignages ou interviews entre guillemets bien sûr en citant le nom des personnes et leur lien avec l’évènement.
