WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOUR IDEA

  • Innovation Team will evaluate the ideas based on the current stage of the idea:
1. Idea at Conceptual Stage – without any prototype 2. Idea at Matured Stage – with prototype or Proof of Concept (POC)
  • Innovation team will work together with project team to gather and evaluate information from the idea’s owner.
  • The *2 weeks evaluation timeline serve as a baseline. It may take longer time to evaluate certain ideas.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR POINTS COLLECTION AND REDEMPTION MECHANISM

Terms and Conditions:If you are an SDP employee, you are automatically part of the SDP Reward Structure. You can start collecting points today when you use the portal. The reward structure is applicable to all employees based in ALL countries except for Innovation Team members. Reward points will be granted for the reasons and in the amounts following the points as per set in https://sdp.uvois.com/settings/points, but we may, at our discretion award you with different reward points (other than that in the table). This may happen for any special occasion. Please note that in order for reward points to be applied to your account, you must be an active user. Your points will accumulate automatically when you completed a task. You are eligible to redeem for any rewards displayed in the list on Innovation Portal based on your total collection points. Innovation Team will advise the user on the availability of the rewards. The rewards may change from time to time due to availability. All rewards are NOT subject to be changed to any other rewards once redeemed. Redeemed points will be deducted from your total accumulated points. However, for the purpose of users ranking determination, points will be counted based on the total accumulated points before deduction and redemption. The redemption of the rewards is valid for 1 year until 21st July 2022. Innovation Team will advise on any changes. ​
