FUNDEMENTAL S OF ARMS AND FEET POSITION
2nd position For the arms: Both arms are raised sideward with graceful curve at shoulder level. For the feet: Bring feet apart sideward.
1st position For the arms: Both arms are raised forward in a circle position in front of the chest. For the feet: Heels close together; toes apart within an angle of around 45 degrees.
3rd position For the arms: One arm is raised sideward same with 2nd position while the other arm is raised upward. For the feet: Heel of one foot is close to in step of the other foot.
4th position For the arms: One arm is raised as in 1st position; the other arm is raised upward. For the feet: Bring the foot in front of the other (not touching it).
5th position For the arms: Both arms are raised overhead For the feet: Bring the heel of the foot touching the toes of the other.
