Which verb should we use?

arrive Use arrive when you want to omit the destination because it’s obvious. We drove from Madrid to Paris. We were exhausted when we arrived.Use arrive in more formal language, but get to is usually better in informal language. Arrive sounds better for buses and trains.

Which verb should we use?

get Get is recommended for most informal language. Get can refer to the journey rather than the arrival: How did you get here?

Which verb should we use?

reach(For Spanish speakers, reach also translates as alcanzar.)Reach goes well with “destination”. Reach is used with the end of a route - it’s impossible to go further, especially: reach the end, reach the top/bottom, reach the peak. Reach can be used to suggest that the journey is long or difficult. However, get to still sounds good in informal language
