How To Light a Bunsen Burner

Make sure your hair is tied back and you are wearing safety glasses.

Put the Bunsen burner on a heat proof mat and attach to gas tap properly.

Make sure air hole is closed then light a match and hold above the burner.

Turn on the gass tap by pushing down and turning then quickly blow out the match.

The orange flame is the safety flame when you are not using the burner use the safety flame, if you want to use the blue heating flame open airhole. When done turn off let it cool and put it away.
