Mehmet Yalçınkaya founded the Euroturkchefs Kitchen Team in 2008 as well. He was the captain of the team competing in international competitions.Mehmet Yalcinkaya, Turkey Cooks Federation 2012 World Team Director Turcul adding one more to the success of the Olympics was second in the world.
Plebiscite Taste Award in 2018 given by over 500 thousand people and at the same time Turkey won the Best Chef Award.

In 2009, he went on a world tour with a special request with the Qatar Prime Ministry Residence and a private yacht named Al Mırgab. After this tour, he continued to work with the French Chef Carlos Marshal, who was a Michelin star, in Italy and France at the houses under the Prime Ministry of Qatar.His career Mehmet Yalcinkaya, who added a new Republic of Turkey Ministry of Tourism has carried Hedsor gastronomy workshops organized by the Group in 2010.
