2. Log on to www.parchment.com. You should have an account if you have ever ordered a transcript. If you do not, search your FISD email for "Parchment" and you should have a registration code. 3. Join FISD Alumni Network (optional)

WHAT IF MY COLLEGE DOESN'T ACCEPT PARCHMENT?

  • You cannot forward an official transcript from your own email address. It must come from Parchment!
  • Contact your university for an email address for electronic transcript submission, if applicable; when you switch to electronic transcript from paper, you will enter that email address.
  • If you must use the US mail option, you must pay a $2.50 processing fee, in addition to the cost of the transcript.

COLLIN COLLEGE SPECIFICS

  • Taking Dual Credit?
You must request a final CHS transcript to Collin whether you are continuing there or not. This is how they know to award "dual credit". Don't forget to send a Collin transcript to the college you will attend in the Fall (if it isn't Collin)
  • Taking Summer classes at Collin and going somewhere else in the Fall?

  • Having trouble registering for Summer or Fall classes at Collin because you have a "hold" for your final transcript?
You can temporarily waive your transcript hold:a. Log into Cougarweb b. Click "Student Tab" c. Under "Mandatory Training & Hold Information" d. Click "Waive Transcript" e. Click the latest term to waive (July)
