Introduction

Do you know what you want to accomplish before death. Well I have a list. I want to go to Dhaka, Bangladesh, meet Obama, and master lua u.

In this project students create a bucket list OR an anti-bucket list. They research the items on their list and defend and explain their choices using researched-based facts. This project is about setting goals (#YOLO)!

Conclusion

A bucket list is a list of things to do before you die. Sometimes you might not have time to make a bucket list, but it’s a good way to to keep track of your life’s goals. On my bucket list I want to visit Dhaka, Bangladesh, visit Obama, and master Roblox lua.

WHY I WANT TO VISIT THIS PLACE

Out of the places in the world I’d like to visit Dhaka, Bangladesh. Dhaka, Bangladesh is 8,083 miles away from Winchester, Virginia. It’s the capital of Bangladesh and has a population of 8.91 million people. One reason I would like to go there because I have family there. Dhaka has many attractions and monuments like Shahid Minar and Nandan Park. Additionally the weather is nice there all year long, it rarely below 53 degrees fahrenheit and above 98 degrees fahrenheit. I’d like to go Dhaka, Bangladesh because I have family there or close by, there are many attractions and monuments, and the weather there is nice all year long.

WHY I WANT TO MEET THIS PERSON

If I could meet someone before I die I would choose Barack Obama. Obama was born on August 4, 1961. He was president from 2009 - 2017. Obama reformed healthcare with the affordable care act. He won the nobel peace prize in 2009. He even donated $1,000,000 to charity. 54% of the money benefited children. I want to meet Obama because he was a nice person by establishing the affordable care act and donated $1,000,000 to charity. He even won the nobel peace prize.

Mastering Roblox Lua

WHY I WANT TO ACCOMPLISH THIS

One of the activities I want to do is master the coding language Lua. After I master that I’ll go to other languages like C# and C++. One of the most popular thing lua is used in is Roblox. Roblox actually uses a modified version of lua, know as roblox lua or lua u. You can get real money from making games on Roblox, Roblox paid developers around $250 million dollars in 2020. A 21 year old developer named Alex Balfanz made a game on Roblox called jailbreak which has more than 3 billion visits. The most popular game on Roblox right now is Adopt Me with has over 10 billion visits. I’m also learning Roblox lua, I think I’m about an intermediate scripter. I also have a game that is coming out on April 1, which was really fun to make. Actually I have 2 games that are coming out. One is a story game and the other is a round-based FPS. I would like to master Roblox lua because making a Roblox game can get you real money and it’ fun to do.
