- mankind is a toy or food or other type of source for aliens- mankind is enemy for alien civilisation - peaceful aliens - moral compomises

- natural disaster or world war- human mutation (metahumans, zombies etc.)

Apocalyptic forces

in these scenarios the law of survival will determine the future

if we no longer have to fight for our lives, we will even have to re-stabilize the political system, only then will we think about the law again
