- JILCF is a non-sectarian school located in McArthur Highway, Bunlo, Bocaue, Bulacan. The school was founded by Bro. Eddie Villanueva on 1983. - The school started first with only elementary and then high school and now it offers college and senior high school programs.

Due to the pandemic, students were advised to have modular learning instead of face-to-face classes. JILCF provided the students flashdrives, containing powerpoints and pre-recorded video lessons. Students use KLEAFS to take exams and to submit the activities. Classes are held once or twice a week via Zoom. JILCF follows the safety protocol for their staff and also for their students.
