Why have I chosen Shrek ?

I have chosen Shrek because this movie marked my childhood, it is funny and everyone who have my age know the word « Shrek » the gags, the references of the movies are amazing and so funny.

The story of Shrek

Once upon a time… Shrek, he is an ogre and live in a little house in the world of Fairy tale, there are princess, dragons, knight but he is only a unpleasant ogre. All his life will change when one day, his house is invaded by monsters of Fairy tales, now start his adventure: he will meet a donkey who talk; save a princess of fire…

To my mind, the twist are amazing, it shows all the bad ideas hidden in the fairy tales and it turns the character as they should are, (the king is wealthy, ...) In my opinion, the moral is that the happiness and the sadness is not only in the wealthy princes, it could be in ogre.

IIn the movie Shrek, there are many twist and joke as the originals stories of fairy tales :

• The fact that the dragon falls in love of a donkey
• The fact that the villain is the prince who is logically the hero
• There are many characters of fairy tales who are twisted of their original role
