POSSESSIVE NOUNS

If the plural noun ends in -s, we only add '.

If the name of the person or singular noun DOES NOT end in -s, for example, Maria, we need to add 's.

If the name of the person or singular noun ends in -s, for example, Carlos, we add ' or 's.
