How to have a healthy body
- Eat a lot of vegetables and fruit
- Do gymnastic
Eat a lot of vegetables and fruit
Every day eat a lot of vegetables at lunch and eat a lot of fruit at snack.
Fruits and vegetables are important because they have a lot of vitamins and minerals.
I eat every day at least two kinds of vegetables at lunch, but i don't like very much fruit. I eat only exotic fruit.
Do gymnastic
Do gymnastic at least twice a week.
It's important to do gymnastic because it controls the weight and reduces the stress.
In this lockdown I do yoga once a week and I walk at least twice a week. I do gymnastic because I like it.
Avoid eat sweets
Don't always eat sweets!
The sweets have a lot of sugar, and it's not good for the health.
For me it's very difficult because I love chocolate! ;)
How to have a healty mind
- Don't play many hours in front of the computer.
- Stay with friends.
- Read a lot.
Don't play many hours in front of the computer
Don't play more then two hours videogames on the smartphone, computer or console.
I try to play videogames three times a week, two hours a day.
Remember: Sometimes the mind has to relax.
Stay with friends
Go walk or stay with your friends!
Friends makes you smile and they are excellent psychologist.
I love stay with my friend, chat and sometimes walk with them around the country.
Read a lot
Read a lot of books!
Reading is perfect for mind! The readers are more attention and they sleep more!
I read a lot! I love books of mistery, horror and fantasy.
