SIMPLE PRESENT

We use the simple present: To talk about general truths. Ex: The sun rises in the east. To talk about habits or routines. Ex: I wake up at 7:00 a.m. To describe people, animals, places and things. I have a dog, he plays with a ball, he is small and funny.

SIMPLE PRESENT AFFIRMATIVE SENTENCES

I walk to school every day. We go to the airport every year. You go to buy to the supermarket. They sing in the theater every weekend.

SIMPLE PRESENT affirmative sentences

For the third person singular, we add “S” or “es” to the end of the verb She works in the hospital. He goes to the court everyday.
