What is a conjuction?

It is a word used to connect words, phrases and sentences. EXAMPLE: I am happy BECAUSE my mom adopted a rabbit.

because

  • You use BECAUSE to talk about the CONSEQUENCE of something
EXAMPLE: The dog is tired BECAUSE he ran very much.

so

  • You use SO to talk about the EFFECT of something.
EXAMPLE: The dog was tired so he slept.
