Producers
Plants are Producers. They absorb sunlight and water and make energy.
Consumers
Animals are Consumers. This means that they do not produce any energy. They consume the "Producers".
Decomposers
Bacteria and Worms are called DECOMPOSERS. They eat dead plants and dead animals. When they do that, they release nutrients and minerals into the ground for plants to eat. Then the chain is back to the start!
