What is self-confidence?
Celebrate yourself.Learn something new. Link smells with moments. Watch less television. Play an instrument. Daily exercise. Projecting ideal vision (avatar). Helping others (releases dopamine, oxytocin and serotonin). Unload mental baggage. Believe in ourselves. Stop seeing mistakes in others. Stay away from people who bring down our self-confidence. Repeat, repeat, repeat and repeat until you succeed. Believe that you can succeed and want it. Contrast the negative things that happen in your head throughout the week.
Believing that success breeds confidence, seeing the bad, even if we have great results, fear of leaving the comfort zone, seeing obstacles instead of opportunities, depression.
Is the ability to believe in oneself to achieve any task regardless of the odds, the difficulties, the adversity, to believe that we can do it. It is a skill that we can train day by day with a lot of perseverance.
