Check the sentences. Which ones are incorrect and correct?

We use the simple present to talk about

1. Things that are always true -> E.g. My best frien is form Argentina 2. Regular routines and habits -> E.g. We go for coffe once a week

Spelling rules for third person singular (he/she/it)

We usually add -s. live -> lives When a verb ends in -y we cahnge to -ies. study-> studies When a verb ends in -sh, -ch, -x, -s, we add -es finish -> finishes / Watch-> watches

Adverbs of frequency

We put adverbs of frequency before the main verb. E.g. I ALWAYS see y friends after classes. NOT Always I see my friends... BUT we put them after the verb be. E.g. They're NEVER late. NOT They never are late

We use HOW OFTEN ...? to ask questions about how frequently actions happen. E.g. How often do you see your fiends?

Expressions of frequency

every day / week / month Once a week / month / year We usually use expressions of frequency at THE END OF SENTENCES. E.g. I meet Julia once a week. NOT I meet once a week Julia
