In november that same month the National assembly addressed the crisis. The work of the National assembly finished in 1791

Despite the creation of the contitution of 1791 the French citizens were not politically equal because about a half of the adults in France were disenfranchised as all the women, Uncounsiusly the writers of the constitution had let themselves out of the option to participate in the elections as candidates

On June 20, 1791, Louis XVI, opposed to the course that the Revolution was taking, fled together with his family from the Tuileries. However, the next day he made the mistake to show himself, for his surprise; he was arrested at Varennes by a town official and returned to Paris escorted by the guard. This increased the political and social tension in France, The conflict thus arose between a French constitutional monarchy on the way to becoming a republican democracy, and absolute European monarchies.

The new assembly declare the war to Austrians and Prussians in 1792
