Weather and Climate

1.- What is the difference between WEATHER and CLIMATE? Weather is the day-to-day state of the atmosphere, whereas, the climate is constructed by the average weather conditions at a particular place for a long period.

2.-Write in your own words what do you understand as ATMOSPHERIC PHENOMENA ? It is the phenomena couse by the ligth of the sun or the moon.

3.- Why is weather related to atmospheric phenomena? Becouse this phenomenals occur in specific time and weather durring the year.

4.-Describe the weather where you live and explain the reasons for it. The weather in my city is sometimes rainy and sometimes hot.

5.-Choose 1 climate factor and describe it. Explain how this climate factor affects the weather. Air temperature: The temperature affect the weather becouse, when the temperature get low the weather It's cold and when the temperature is up the weather is hot

6.-Compare the climates in Manabi and in Quito. Please explain the climate factors which influence and affect the climate in each region. You can present this as a graphic organizer or in a chart.
