I enjoy spending my time online on social media, entertainment and messenger apps , but also on studying and researching. I'm able to go hours off my phone, reading, cooking or just having a face to face conversation. Whenever I'm online I try not to overshare, so I'm rather a viewer. I would say I have an overall healthy relationship with technology.
