Location

Sydney is the capital city of the state of New South Wales. Located on Australias south east coast, of the Tarman sea.

Population and size:

Sydney is known as a very big city and it's the largest city in Australia.

The population is of 5 million .

Climate

The summers are warm and partly cloudy and the winters are cool with rainfall throughout the year.The average daily temperatures are from 11 - 23°C.Most days are nice and sunny.

Monuments in Sydney

Sydney is the home to some of the most beautiful monuments in the world. For example: Sydney Harbor bridge,Sydney Opera House.

Sydneys Opera house is a multi-venue performing arts centre at Sydney Harbour.It is one of the 20th century most famous and distinctive buildings.

Sydney Harbor brigde is the worlds biggest steel arch bridge.The bridge is believed to be the widest bridge in the world.

City life

Sydney is a very exciting city.It is also a heaven for food, mountains,it has the worlds most famous Opera house and beautiful beaches.

Sydney has become the most expensive city in Australia.Further more it is also a very busy city with a lot of noise.

The city is known to be a little polluted but it isnt dirty and the people are very nice and friendly.

Sydney isn't dangerous at all. Its ranked as the 5th safest city globally.

Dublin is the capital and the largest city in Ireland. Dublin is located in Ireland, situated on a bay on the east coast.

Dublin is a big city . Dublin is the biggest city in Ireland and has a population of about 1 million .

Climate

The summers are warm and the winters are cold.It's almost never sunny and it rains quite frequently.The average temperature is from 5ºC to 15ºC.

Dublin has a lot of monuments and statues of important people.For example:The Spire and Wellington monument.

Dublin is a very busy and expensive city.Dublin is a very exciting city,there are many bridges , cafés and Irish classics.

Dublin is a very safe place but it can be dangerous. The city is a little bit polluted but it's currently good. The people are very friendly.

Saint Patrick´s Day

Saint Patrick's Day is on March 17th and has become the day when people celebrate Irish culture. He is the Catholic patron saint of Ireland .

Conclusion

Both cities are perfect in there own way but we prefer Sydney because it a lot safer.It has wonderfull beaches and beautifull mountains and the monuments are very pretty.In general Sydney is a better city.
