SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to identify with customers and a genuine desire to support them using an optimal problem-solving methodology.
• Strong relationship and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solution-oriented mindset. You must identify customer issues and drive solutions rather than dwelling on problems.
• Experience managing customers with ongoing needs and requests from multiple contacts.
• Native level of English and fluent level of Spanish.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively contribute to our continued customer satisfaction and work to increase growth and margin within existing accounts.
• Interact with users, through different channels to solve their problems and accompany them in their customer journey.
• Communicate system updates and releases, ensuring customer enacts changes based on need and interest.
• Conduct product training and demonstrations for users and customers.
• Establish and develop a close relationship with the customers in your geographical area, acting as their trusted advisor.
• Be one vector of Genially growth.
