Un mail est un courrier envoyé en ligne Il est impératif de fournir l'adresse mail de son correspondant (pour la tâche finale vous devez m'envoyer le mail sur l'ENT) Il est NECESSAIRE de renseigner le SUJET ainsi votre correspondant peut savoir de quoi vous allez parler avant d'ouvrir le mail Vous devez toujour commencer votre mail par une salutation Un mail est composé d'un corps de texte, c'est le message que vous voulez faire passer Puis on termine TOUJOURS son texte par une formule de politesse !!! ici vous écrivez à un ami mais attention lorsque vous rédigez un mail à vos professeurs ! On signe toujours son mail avec son prénom quand on écrit pour un ami ou nom + prénom lorsque l'on écrit a un professeur

Mail Methodology : comment écrire un mail correctement

Les salutations Salutation informelle : "Hello Mark", voire "Hi Mark" (suppose une égalité, une correspondance suivie) Salutation formelle : "Dear Mark" (neutre), "Dear Mr. Smith" (très formel, pour s'adresser à un client notamment) Destinataire inconnu (ex : candidature) : "To whom it may concern" Conclure un e-mailPlusieurs formules sont possibles, selon la nature du message : "Thank you in advance..." (requête formulée dans le message) ; "I look forward to hearing/seeing from you soon". Enfin, certaines formules de politesse à la fin d'un email ("Yours faithfully", "Yours sincerely") sont plutôt du registre de la correspondance écrite, par voie de courrier. Pour un e-mail, les formules consacrées sont : "Kind regards" ; "Best regards" ; "Regards" pour un professeur. "Xoxo" = bisous : pour un/une amie " bye !" = pour un/une amie
