Argon
I would tell you a good chemisty joke, but all the good ones argon
What is it?
Argon (Ar) is a noble gas that was discovered by Lord Rayleigh and Sir William Ramsey in 1894. William Ramsey would then go on to identify many of the other noble gases.
Uses
Welding
Titanium
Neon Lighting
Argon is an inert gas used in the production of titianium (And other reactive elemets that need it)
Argon is used in weding to act as a sheild between a new weld and outside air.
Argon is often used in neon lighting for its low striking temperature
