We use this structure HAVE+SOMETHING+ DONE/MADE/CLEANED etc. when we ask someone else to do something for us; We're having the house painted. (Someone is painting it for us). Usually, it's not necessary to say who did it for us, but it is possible; I've just had my hair cut by my sister. (My sister has just cut my hair). Have something done can be used in any tense or form.
