When you exercise your body needs more oxygen, more water and more nutrients, so your heart pumps faster. When done regularly, physical activity strengthens your heart muscle. This improves your heart's ability to pump blood.

When you are resting your heart pumps blood with water, nutrients and oxygen throughout your body.

Doing exercise is essential to keep your body healthy!
