-POLAR DESERTS-
We're going to travel to the polar deserts, one of the most extreme enviroments in the world.
❅weather❅
-Normally, the temperature is under 0 degrees.
-Summers are brighter than winters.
-There are really strong winds that reach 97km p/h.
-They are areas with annual rainfalls at 250ml.
-The best time to travel here is summer, because it's not as cold as winter.

SOUTH POLE
-It's the northenmost region in the planet-It's habitable-There's more fauna than in the South Pole-It's smaller than the South Pole -It's also known as the Artic -Here you can find polar bears You can: -Visit an ice hotel -Watch the Aurora Borealis -Experience the kamoos in northen Finland
-It is the southernmost region on the planet-It´s uninhabitable -Temperatures:more extreme(less fauna & vegetation -It´s bigger. -It´s also know as the Antarctic You can: - Observe penguins - Kayak - Visit the museum

Small and simple plants, like mosses, algae and lichens. Also, there are a lot of diatomeas.
Curiosities
-They have phenomenons of the polar atmosphere, such as noctilucent clouds, the Aurora, a lot less ozone and a really cold weather.
-Polar habitats only have two seasons: summer and winter.
-Temperatures lower that -70 degrees have been found there. It's really, really cold.
Climate change
The melting of the poles is accelerating.- The thaw will cause a rise in the global ocean. - Animals suffer too
